Meditation & Relaxation

Chair seated Meditation and Relaxation classes offer a selection of techniques in a relaxed group environment. No experience is necessary, just come along and enjoy an hour of letting go and calming the mind and body.

The perfect way to de-stress, help with sleeping problems and anxiety issues or just simply take some time to yourself to slow down your busy mind.
