Yoga can benefit almost everyone as you are encouraged to work at your
own level and in a non-competitive way. The very essence of Yoga is
welcoming, the body releases and the mind becomes more relaxed –
and most of us need a little more of both. Create some “me time”
and come along to a yoga class – I’m sure you’ll feel the benefit!
Hatha yoga is offered in Mixed ability classes – all you need is comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.
Mat based class to Stretch the body to improve flexibility, with Strengthening to work key muscles and joints along with practices to improve Breathing and Relaxation to calm both body and mind. All you’ll need to bring is a non-slip exercise mat and warm things for relaxation
NB: All face to face group classes are currently suspended – I will update this situation on the website when the class re-start.

Thursday 6.15pm – 7.45pm 6 week course £39
AND Friday morning 10.15am – 11.30am 6 week course £39 – both classes booked and paid in advance
