Yoga can benefit almost everyone as you are encouraged to work at your own level and in a non-competitive way. The very essence of Yoga is welcoming, the body releases and the mind becomes more relaxed – and most of us need a little more of both. So create yourself some “me time”
and come along to a friendly, inclusive yoga class – I’m sure you’ll feel the benefit!
My practice is mainly focussed on Hatha yoga and is offered in mixed ability classes – all you need is comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and warm things for relaxation.
Group mat based classes to Stretch the body to improve flexibility, with Strengthening to work key muscles and joints along with practices to improve Breathing and our lovely Relaxation to calm both body and mind.

Thursday afternoon 2.30pm – 3.45pm 6 week course £42
AND Friday morning 10.15am – 11.30am 6 week course £42 – both classes booked and paid in advance
For all classes: full courses are booked and paid in advance and no refunds are offered if cancellation is less than 7 days prior to course start date.
