But my biggest passion is Yoga, attending many training workshops, with a wide range of highly regarded yoga teachers, helps me to bring a varied approach of styles to my teaching but the main style is Hatha Yoga.With the aim of making yoga classes effective but fun, my focus is on stretching the body to ease out muscle tension, increase strength and improve flexibility whilst also offering breathing practices and relaxation to calm the mind and ease stress. I currently run 3 classes they are located in Stockton and Long Newton.
I completed 3 years of Diploma teacher training through the British Wheel of Yoga, the Sport England recognised national body. I am also a British School of Meditation Diploma qualified teacher. I strive to continually improve my teaching and practice through on-going training with some of the country’s leading teachers.
